I tested Walmart’s brand of bottled water and I was shocked to see they sell the most toxic water ever. I tested for Total Dissolved Solids using a TDS meter and the number I got was 271. THAT IS THE MOST TOXIC WATER I HAVE EVER SEEN. Even NYC tap water TDS score is 39. Poland Spring is 42. The water is not even drinkable. I think it’s Criminal to even make profits from selling this water filled with sodium fluoride and who knows what else is in that. 500 ppm (parts per million) is the EPA Maximum but even though the FDA is corrupt their recommended is 000, which is pure.

THE ONLY BOTTLED WATER THAT READS 000 IS DUANEreade/Walgreens ‘NICE’ branded water.

This is the same lady right?!! Apparently Dr Phil and Dr Oz couldn’t convince her, collectively, that’ she’s a moron.

First of all, let me say her menu is disgusting. People complain about how healthy food is expensive. Aside from the avocados, tomatoes, bananas and berries (which are four of my fave foods) everything was fatty, greasy, and processed.

Let’s break this down:

4-5 Donuts: probably about $.60 each, so $3.00

7 Egg Omelet- A dozen eggs around here is about $1.50, let’s factor in a $1.50 for a bag of cheese and $2.00 for onion and pepper, so about $5.00

A sack of potatoes is about $2.50, so we’ll factor out $1.50

Bacon is about $4.50 a pound where I live

4 corndogs dipped in cheese, we’ll just call that about $4.00

A full size bag of chips, for name brand, is $3.00

Strawberries are $2.00 a pint, so we’ll say $.35 of berries

3 sandwiches stuffed to the brim, so we’ll say about $6.00 for the servings of each product (Avocados alone are $1.00+)

A large pizza is about $10

Ice cream is about $2.50 for a quart plus toppings so we’ll go with about $3.50

King sized M&Ms are $1.00

2 Bacon Cheeseburgers from a value menu we’ll say $2.75

A box of Kraft Mac is $1.50

3 Bananas are about $.60

6 Avocados could easily be $6.00+

A bag of tortilla chips is about $3.00

10 fish tacos, we’ll call them conservatively $1 each, so $10

Rice and beans are relatively cheap so we’ll go with $2

Honey buns are $2.00 a box

Hot pockets are about $2.50 a box

A bag of pepperoni is about $2.00

A gallon of sweet tea is about $2.00

And six candy bars are $6.00

Thats $82.20

That’s more than I think a lot of single people spend on a week in food. And that’s JUST FOR HER, that’s not including her children.

Here’s what I ate yesterday

One granola bar (the box was $2.50, and there’s 10 per box) $.25

One salad with strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, spring greens, sunflower seeds, balsamic and shredded chicken from a salad bar-$2.23

Two apricots-$.32

Grilled chicken breast - $1.50

Homemade baked sweet potato fries (I cut up one potato, toss it with a teaspoon of oil and add red pepper flakes SO GOOD) $.61

Bag of low fat popcorn-$1.00

Total- $5.91

Now I know this lady is an extreme case, but the meals I ate were filling, flavorful and inexpensive. You could go even cheaper if you buy premade salad mix or shop at a place like Aldi or Save A Lot. The argument that crap food is cheaper than fresh food isn’t always the case. Now I know in some neighborhoods it is more expensive to buy veggies, but there are ways to find more affordable options.

The average fat acceptance tumblr user that complains about the price differential isn’t suffering from that disparity. They can afford a computer and internet or a smartphone, and most of them live with their parents or college students. I’m not saying they don’t have a hard time financially (I know I struggle at times), but you can buy food that is nourishing that isn’t overly expensive, and I don’t get why these tumblr people are acting so oppressed.

This woman is completely bonkers. But she says “i’m healthy, i’m healthy!!!1!!1!” The reason I feel she’s a good example of HAES because she literally eats whatever the crap she wants and is CONVINCED she’s healthy. So even if you’re not that extreme, you’re subscribing to the same philosophy she’s bought into.
